All work that requires: traffic control shall be supervised by a registered,professional traffic engineer or by a <br />traffic control-supervisor certified by the American Traffic Safety Services Associaton (ATSSA) or the ' <br />Colorado Contractors Association (CCA): When flagging personnel aze required, they shall be certified by the. <br />contractor in accordance.with the Department standards. <br />34. :The.use.of appropriate advanced warning and construction traffic control signs; flashers, barricades and <br />' flagging is required at aYl times during eonshuction: These devices.shall be located within the State Highway <br />119 Right-Of: Way and be in.confbrmance with the Manual bn Uniform Traffic Control Devices; Part VI and <br />'other applicable standards. . <br />35. Unnecessary Construction traffic control devices shall be removed or turned away from traffic during <br />non-working hours. <br />-3£s: - The:aecess width and construetiarstralh-bens-per theapproved c4nstrnction-plans. - - - - - - <br />37.
