The Haxtun Soil Conservation District recommends that a good topsoil o~ loam be placed on the 3H-
1 V slopes What is the source of this topsoil?
The 1" to 100' map provided should have the proposed permit boundary cleazly marked and labeled.
5. The proposed permit boundary extends upstream to County Road 3. Please describe the measures
which will be taken to protect this road from head cutting upstream from the pit. If riprap or other
structures are to be used please provide a design, riprap sizing and other pertinent details of the
protective measures.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely
~~ ~~./
1~"`rl
~~
~ Gregg R.
