We have reviewed the above referenced file for potential impact to local water resources.
According to the application, the proposed mining is to be undertaken adjacent to Holyoke,
Colorado. Upon review of the file, it appears that no ground water or surface water will be
exposed during the mining process.
Since there are no anticipated impacts to water resources, this office recommends approval of
