Furthermore, data collected from the well may provide information <br />beneficial for bond release at some point in the future. <br />HGTI requests that CDMG provide written permission to defer installation of Dry Creek alluvial <br />monitoring well HGDAL4 until such time that HGTI moves forward with the 2,000,000 ton/year <br />coal handling upgrade.
