During inspection it was visible that heavy rock <br />was being removed. The pond contained very little water and i <br />sediment. The original embankment slopes are in stable conditio4a, <br />with vegetation growth and no erosion. No report on the pond <br />slopes due to the construction i <br />By review of the mine plan, it so indicates that reclamation oP <br />the pond is not required, due to request of land owner to retain <br />as permanent stock pond. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: Complete construction with supervision, clean! <br />and shape sideslopes within the next quarter. <br />! <br />PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS STATEMENT: I, John H.
