NEW HORIZON 1 AREA
I also drove out to NH1 (Pond 001-006, Rice Tract,er_c) and lookv_d around.
No runoff was observed coming off disturbed land. Pond 002, 004, and 005
did receive some inflow. Approximately 10 inches of murky water had
accumulated in the bottom of each pond. There was no defined inflow
stream for a sample to be collected from these ponds. Pond 001 had
outflow as usual. Pond 006 pool elevation rose, but did not discharge.
The results are very encouraging to me- After four years, I now have one
measurable event that gives me some real world bases for design work. I
hope you will take this event into account when you are reviewing our
pending Pezmit Renewal Application.
Since y
//i/~ ~
MOSS L.
