PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Please be advised that on September 27, 2004, Rivera <br />Excavation, P.O. Box 24, Amalia, NM 87512, (505) 586-1059 has filed <br />an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) <br />Reclamation Pennit with the Colorado Mined Landed Reclamation <br />Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the <br />EMraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as <br />the Rivera Excavation Gravel Pit and is located at or near Section 26, <br />Township 1 N, Range 74 W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Costilla County. <br />The application decision is scheduled for October 27, 2004 <br />The proposed date of commencement is Fall 2004 and the pro- <br />posed date of completion is Fall 2020.The proposed future use of the <br />land is Rangeland in Agriculture Zoned District. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Costilla <br />County Clerk & Recorders Office, 400 Gasper St., (719) 672-3301 <br />and at.the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, <br />1313 Sherman St., Denver CO 80203, (303) 866-3567 or the above <br />named applicant. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writ- <br />ing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and Geology <br />beginning on September 27, 2004.The decision date for the applica- <br />tion is scheduled for October 27, 2004. <br />Published in La Sierra Od 8, 15, 22, and 2~200~y <br />
