EXHIBIT D - MINING PLAN <br />At the time of this application, no contract has been awarded <br />for the Projects. Therefore, the Contractor's equipment is <br />not Kndwn~ but standard equipment-is ariticipa~ed. <br />The following equipment could possibly be used: earthmoving <br />scrapers;-hau9rtrucks-dozers, rotor-graders; front=end~aaders;- <br />crushers, hot plant and supporting fuel and service vehicles. <br />Stockpiles and work areas will be marked on the Mining Plan Map <br />within the affected area. The Pit will be worked from the East <br />to the West, using all gravel prior to moving West. There will <br />be 8" to 10" of topsoil removed and stockpiled. At the completion <br />• of mining-the topsoil will ~errepla~ed-on,the affected -area-of ` <br />' the Pit. The Contractor will restrict his operation to the <br />area as designated and staked by the Engineer within the Mined <br />Land Reclamations permitted area. <br />Upon the completion of material removal, the Contractor will <br />proceed with .the reclamation-of the .Pit area, .as per..Reclamation <br />Plan submitted.
