<br />Southfield Mint Minor Revision Rtqutsr No. 20 -South Fttn Irtrtallation • J <br />LEGAL, FINANCIAL, COMPLIANCE AND <br />RELATED INFORMATION (2.03) <br />Right of Entry and Operation (2.03.6) <br />Both the lands to be utilized for the proposed fan installation and the <br />associated access road are controlled by EFCI under a coal mining lease and <br />surface use agreement with the Corley Company as documented in Section <br />2.03.4 of the EFCI permit application document. The lease and use <br />agreement give EFCI full right of entry and operation for the fan installation. <br />Recognizing that the landowner of the property to the south utilizes an <br />access road adjacent to the proposed fan installation site, EFCI has <br />committed to notify this landowner of the proposed activities and provide <br />• him with the Division's address allowing opportunity for comment prior to <br />implementation. <br /> <br />With the exception of a portion of the existing access road, the entire <br />effected area is also within the designated permit boundary under EFCI's <br />existing approved mining and reclamation permit (Permit No. C-81-0141. <br />A Q /nr. • P.O.
