This applitation package is for a corlstrucdon material extraction operation affecting LESS than 10 acres. I f you plan to conduct a construction
material extracdon operaton which meets these criteria, please follow the instructions provided in this package, in the Rules and Regulaions,
and in the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Conswction Materials, as required.
RECOMMENDATIONS PRIOR TO FILING:
The Constructon Material Rules and Regulations (the Colorado Land Reclamazion Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials,
Section 34-32.5-101, et sett , C.R.S., and 2 CCR 407-1), and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") regulate the
pennirottg, operational and reclamation requirements for all construction material extraction operations in Colorado. It is your obligation to
compty with the Act and Regulations. You are encouraged to obtain and review a copy of the Rules, available for 58.00 from the Division of
Minerals and Geology (the "Office"). In order to submit your applicazion properly, it is recommended that you review the Act and:
