PERMANENT MAN MADE STRUCTURES <br /> <br />EX~IIBIT B (cont.) <br />There is a property division fence between Eileen Zubal and Donald P.ndreatta, which is <br />approximately 70 feet from the proposed mining area. However, the fence between the <br />permitted county gravel pit and the proposed Diamond Rock Pit has been removed. <br />C. WATER SOURCES <br />]. There are no water sources such as lakes, streams, springs, stock water ponds, <br />ditches, reservoirs, and or aquifers on or around the proposed mining area. <br />2. There aze no wells located within 1000 feet of the site. <br />3. Due to the sandy and gravelly soils and the gentle slopes, there will be little to no <br />storm water runoff. <br />4. We will not be storing any of the storm water run off, therefore, we will not <br />interfere with any irrigation or water well rights. <br />5.
