<br />NOTICE TO TOUCHING LANDOWNERS <br />Diamond B Enterprises, LLC, 38043 County Road 32.4, Trinidad, CO 81082, (719) <br />845-8785 has filed an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation <br />permit with the Colorado Mmed Land Reclamation Boazd under provisions of the Colorado Land <br />Reclamation Act of the extraction of construction materials. The proposed mine is known as the <br />Andreatta Pit is located at or near Section 4, Township 30 South, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., <br />County of Huerfano, State of Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement is 2000 and will be completed in the 2020. The <br />land will be reclaimed as rangeland. <br />Additional information and a tentative decision date may be obtained at the offices of the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) <br />832-3567 or at the office of the Huerfano County Clerk and Recorder, Walsenburg, Colorado or <br />the above named applicant. <br />Written comments to the application must be received at the office of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division no later than 4:00 p.m. on the 2000. <br />Anthony A.
