METHODS cont. <br />Aeration/pH Unadjustment (pHi) -Ten C. dubia were exposed to a dilution water blank and <br />50%, 75%, and 100% ei37uent without pH adjustment and aerated for one hour. Dilutions were <br />prepazed with reconstituted laboratory water at 110 mg/L CaC03. <br />Baseline Test (Daphnia magna) -Ten Daphnia magna were exposed to a dilution water blank <br />and 50%, 75%, and 100% ellluent concentrations prepared using reconstituted laboratory water <br />at 110 mg/L CaC03. Ten organisms per concentration were exposed approximately 24 hours <br />a8er the start of the Initial Toxicity Test. <br />Metals analysis was performed using Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) and Graphite Furnace <br />analysis by EPA method 600 4.1.4. <br />Chloride was determined by Standazd Method (SM) 4500-C1-E. Sulfate was determined by SM <br />4500-SOa-C. SM 2320-B determined alkalinity. SM 2540-C determined TDS. <br />
