N-D -- The embankment for this pond only exists on the north side <br />and the spillway, which is located on the east side, is almost at <br />the same elevation as the bottom of the pond. If CYCC elects to <br />keep this pond, the elevation of the spillway and the top of the <br />dam should be increased to increase the capacity of the pond. Also, <br />the spillway needs to be extended 20 below the toe of the dam and <br />this extension will require erosion control material. All side <br />slopes appear to meet the 3:1 requirement. <br />•~ <br /> <br />
