Please supply a <br />map with the required signature. <br />2) The owners and property lines along the west side of the Pre-Mining map are unclear. Please <br />clarify on the map, property boundaries and ownership along the western perimeter. <br />3) The Mining Plan states that topsoil and overburden storage areas are depicted on the Mining <br />Map. These areas aze not shown. Please supply a map showing where these areas will be <br />located. <br />4) The processing area at the Hall Pit is not shown in correlation to the BLM Pit. Please indicate <br />on the Mining Map where this area will roughly be located. <br />5) United must commit in writing to specifically keeping topsoil and overburden separated while <br />in storage. Also, it needs to be stated what kind of seed mix will be used to protect those <br />topsoil aeeas stockpiled for over one year from erosion and degradation. It is recommended <br />that the same seed mix be used as is called for in final reclamation. <br />6) A Technical Revision (TR) will be required for the Hall Pit (M-1983-142) to be used as a <br />storage, staging and stockpile azea for the BLM Pit. A change of post mining use from <br />residential to rangeland will also be required as part of the TR before final approval of this <br />permit. <br />
