DISCUSSION: (continued) <br />The permittee will not be required co perform Whole Effluent Toxicity <br />(WET) testing pursuant co Section 6.9.7(2)(a)(i)(A) of the Regulations for <br />the State Discharge Permit System 6.1.0 (5 CCR 1002-2) which exempts <br />facilities certified under the general permit. <br />The permittee should note that a permit is required until bond release by <br />the Mined Land Reclamation Division. <br />VII. SPECIFIC INFORMATION OF CONCERN TO THE PERMITTEE: <br />The Permittee is encouraged to read the general rationale for an <br />understanding of how the general permit was developed and to read the <br />permit itself co see what requirements axis t. Effluent limitations and <br />monitoring requirements are specified in Part I.B, and special <br />notification requirements for effluent violations are addressed in Part <br />II.A.3. <br />Based on the above information, MINREC, INC is certified to discharge from <br />the Blue Ribbon Mine under the general permit for coal mining facilities, <br />identified as Permit No. COG-850000.
