The <br />design capacities of the ponds are as <br />follows: Pond No. 5 is 0.137 MG, Pond No. 3 <br />is 0.032 MG, and Pond No. 4 is 0.021 MG. <br />III. RECEIVING STREAM: <br />A. Identification, Classification, and Numeric Standards: <br />1. Identification: The discharge from outfalls 001, 002 and <br />003 flows to Hubbard Creek. Hubbard Creek <br />is Dart of scream segment 5 of the North <br />Fork of the Gunnison River. Stream segment <br />5 includes the mainstems of Hubbard Creek, <br />Terror Creek, Minnesota Creek, and Leroux <br />Creek from their boundary with national <br />forest land co their confluences with the <br />North Fork of the Gunnison River; mainstem <br />of .Iav Creek from its source to its <br />confluence with the North For'.c of the <br />Gunnison River; mainstem of West Roatcan <br />Creek from its source to its confluence <br />with Roatcap Creek. <br />2. Classification: Recreation Class 1 <br />Aquatic Life, Class 1 (Cold) <br />Agricultural Use, Water Supply <br />3. Numeric Standards: The standards which have been assigned in <br />accordance with the above classifications <br />can be found in 3.5.0 Classification and <br />Numeric Standards for the Gunnison and <br />Lower Dolores River Basins. it should be <br />noted that this facility does not discharge <br />pollutants which are limited by water <br />quaiicy standards with the exception of pH. <br />B. Receiving Water Data <br />1. Stream Low Flow: apt Applicable; affluent Limitations are not <br />flow based. <br />
