A letter of certification containing the results <br />of the inspection must be submitted to the Division within <br />two weeks following the inspection". <br />In accordance with this stipulation, I, James G. Schlenvogt, <br />Colorado P.E. 17627, have inspected the subject embankment <br />on June 4, 1987 and do herewith submit my report of findings: <br />I. Chronology <br />A. July 14, 1981: F.M. Fox and Associates submit- <br />ted a report on their geotechnical slope stabil- <br />ity investigation of the embankment. The report <br />concluded that the embankment was stable with a <br />minimum static safety factor of 1.52. The report <br />also recommended revegetation and inspections. <br />B. September 23, 1981: Colorado Mining Permit No. <br />C-80-005 became effective. <br />C. Fall 1981: The embankment was hand seeded in <br />compliance with Stipulation 16 of Permit No. <br />C-80-005. <br />III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII ~~ <br />999 <br />D.
