2l. Flows and Treatment: Please provide a detailed narrative description for each type of process, operation, storage or production area which eonvibutes wastewater to the effluent for each '
outfall, including process wastewater, cooling waters, domestic wastewater and stormwater runoff; the Flows for each process and a description of the treatment the wastewater receives
including the ultimate disposal of any solid or fluid wastes other than by discharge. Processes, operations or production areas may be described in general terms. The average Flow of point
sources composed of stormwater may be estimated. The basis for the rainfall event and the method of determmation must be mdlcated.
List the outfall number for each discharge point. List all sources of wastewater for each outfall and give the 30 day average flow and daily maximum flow. Estimate the flow contributed by
each source if no data is available, and for stormwater, you may use any reuonable measure of duration, volume or frequency. Describe each vestment unit. Indicate the (0-year, 24-hour
equivalent volume used in designing the treatment system and the system's actual volume, excluding solids retention and any permanent pool' that may be provided. Indicate tf extra
capacity is provided for mine water and/or other non-storm related Flows and how this volume was determined. indicate what type(s) of discharge sttucmre each outfall has and how flow is
discharged -whether it discharges automatically or manually. If your flows vary significantly or if you anticipate significant changges in flows during the next 5 years, specify which flows
will change and explain why they will change. Describe the ultimate disposal o any solid or liquid waste not dtscharged. (Specify receiving waters(s) in table for item 22.)
Use additional sheets if necessary. Additional information on the treatment facilities may be requested during application review.
OUTFACE
NUMBER WASTEWATER SOURCE(S) TREe~IMENT USED 30 DAY AVG
FLOW, MGD DAILY MAX
FLOW, MGD 10-YR, 24aHR
CAPACI'CY, MG POND
VOLUME, MG
001 Storm Runoff Sediment'-Pond ~o, 1 Irate mittent 5
002 Storm Runoff Sediment pond No. 2 *teasured

22.
