The primary postminiiLg_land use for reclaimed H-G Coal
Company land is domestic and wildlife grazing. The goals of
this range plan are as follows:
H-G RANGE MANAGEMENT GOALS
1) Reduce soil and water losses, restore and improve
vegetation, wildlife habitat, and water resources.
2) Maintain a permanent, stable, and productive livestock
grazing habitat with as efficient use of the forage
crop as is consistent with protection of soil resources,
permanence of forage production, related uses, and
environmental quality standards.
3) Improve resource inventories for soil and water conservation,
livestock production, wildlife management and watershed

2. PHYSIOGRAPHIC FEATURES
• 1. Approximately 600 of the reclaimed land will have a
north facing slope. The remainder of the slopes will
be south, east, and west facing.
