These fill heights represent a slight increase from the design assumption of fills between 15 and <br />ZS feet, however, they should not seriously affect the overall stability of the embankment. <br />Based on our observations and compaction test results taken during construction of the embankment, it <br />appears that the pond 011 embankment was constructed in geaeral accordance with the plans and <br />specifications.
