Enclosed are a series of photographs supplied by Mr DiRezza that show the extent of the disturbance in Phases 3 & 4, and the east end of Phase lA (close to the topsoil stockpile in he far righthand corner). For the present Mr. DiRezza wishes t include all phases as shown in Exhibit B-2, as part of the permi ted area. We recognize we will incur an obligation to reclaim ways or working areas developed in Phases 3 & 4, during of the permit. However, at this time the only area dist Phases 3 & 4 since 1973, may be seen in the immediate fo on the photos.
