u <br />Case No. 94Cw036, Findings of Fae[, Coocfusions o[Law and <br />Decree of the Cour[ Approving Absolute and Conditional Ground <br />water Rights, Plan of Augmentation and for Change of Nater Rights, <br />Application of the City of Black Hawk, <br />Page 22 <br />19.d.(1)(t) Standley Lake is located in Sections 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, <br />27, 28, and 29, Township 2 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, to be filled <br />through diversions at the points listed above for Church Ditch, Farmers' High Line Canal and Croke <br />Canal. <br />19.d.(1)(g) Fairmont Reservoir, is located in the NE'/4 of Section <br />24, Township 3 South, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County. <br />19.d.(1)(h) Maplegrove Reservoir, is located in the S%z of Section <br />29 and the N%z of Section 32, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County. <br />19.d.(1)(i) Consolidated Mutual Water Company's Welton <br />Reservoir, located in the S''/z of Section 24 and the N'/~ of Section 25, Township 2 South, Range 70 <br />. West of the 6th P.M, Jefferson County. <br />20. Applicant seeks a ruling that the following water rights may be diverted as <br />alternate points of diversion to each other: <br />20.a. Name of structure: Black Hawk Four Mile Gulch Well No. 1, more <br />particularly described in Paragraph No. 13.a., above. <br />20.a.(1) Name of Structure: Black Hawk Four Mile Gulch Well No. 2, <br />more particularly described in Paragraph No. 13.b., above. <br />21. Historical Use: Applicant's engineers' studies support and confirm the previous <br />historical use studies performed by others in connection with Church Ditch and FRICO (Standley <br />Lake) water rights. Terms and conditions set forth herein below in paragraphs 22 and 23 are <br />consistent with previous change cases involving those ditches, including Coors Case Nos. W- <br />8036(75), W-8256(76) and 89CW234, Westminster Case Nos. W-8743-77, 86CW398, 88CW266 <br />and 90CW 101, Arvada Case Nos. W-8762-77 (as amended), W-8083-75 (as amended), 82C W359, <br />SSCW409, SSCW410 and 88CW105, Broomfield Case Nos. W-94]2-78 and 85CW022, and <br />Thornton Case No. 89CW 132. <br />22.
