Alternate points of diversion and places of storage: Black Hawk may divert <br />and store the water rights being changed at one or more of the following alternate points of diversion <br />and places of storage located at or downstream of the Church Ditch's headgate on Clear Creek. <br />18.d.(l) Legal descriptions: <br />18.d.(1)(a) Church Ditch Clear Creek diversion point, located in the <br />NW'/a NE'/< of Section 32, Township 3 South, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County. <br />18.d.(])(b) Farmers' High Line Canal Clear Creek diversion point, <br />located in the NW% SW'/< of Section 27, Township 3 South, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M., <br />Jefferson County. <br />18.d.(1)(c) The Agricultural Ditch Clear Creek diversion point: <br />located at a point on the South Bank of Clear Creek in the SW'/<, Section 27, Township 3 South, <br />Range 70 West of the 6th P.M, Jefferson County. <br />18.d.(1)(d) Croke Canal Clear Creek diversion point, located at a <br />point on the north bank of Clear Creek in the NW'/4 NEY< of Section 26, Township 3 South, Range <br />70 West of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County. <br />18,d.(1)(e) Lee, Stewart and Eskins Ditch Clear Creek diversion <br />point, located on the south bank of Clear Creek in the SE'/4 NE'/4 of Section 27, Township 3 South, <br />Range 70 West, Jefferson County. <br />18.d.(1)(f) Standley Lake is located in Sections 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, <br />27, 28, and 29, Township 2 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, to be filled <br />through diversions at the points listed above for Church Ditch, Farmers' High Line Canal and Croke <br />Canal. <br /> <br />
