He called t•1r. Ken 1?arler the morning of April 20th. <br />This letter confirms their conversation. As far as ~vater pollutinn is <br />concerned, we have no objection to the carbon-in-pulp plant addition. <br />In fact, we hope it is successful enough tr. he able to recycle all of the <br />existing old dry tailing ponds along the creek. Tiris is one of the best <br />methods of removing ill-designed old ponds which are either currently <br />polluting streams or have the potential to do so.
