The bond <br />will be provided by the operator as a prerequisite to approval of the <br />Operating Plan and is for the purpose of restoring the resources to an <br />acceptable and useable condition, if provisions for reclamation of the <br />land as proposed and agreed to in the Operating Plan are not fulfilled. <br />The bond twill be released upon rehabilitation of disturbed areas <br />created during the construction phase and will not be required for the <br />operation phase. <br />It is recommended that a portion of liomestake's existing $2500 bond <br />(Faker, Hope, and Charity Claims Exploration Froject) be used as bonding <br />for this project. The exploration project is complete and only minor <br />rehabilitation work remains, so the $2500 bond is more than enough to <br />cover both projects.
