{~ <br />~ • ~• <br />4. The plant site will take advantage of the existing road and storage <br />area so minimum site preparation will be needed. The road will be <br />upgraded to the extent necessary to serve the plant. <br />5. Excavated material will be contoured in with the natural slope to <br />present a natural appearance. All cut slopes will be no steeper <br />than 1 1/2 to 1, and fill slopes will be no steeper than 3 to 1. <br />6. The outfall from the discharge line info IJindy Gulch will be designed <br />so that excess energy from the water will be dissipated adequately to <br />prevent scouring. This will be accomplished with a small rock-lined <br />pool or a pile of rocks. <br />7.
