If feasible with operation of the proposed plant, place chlocine <br />plan[ on the bench above the existing road instead of cutting [he <br />hillside down to the road level. This may necessitate using retaining <br />structures on the existing cut banks to prevent slumping or erosion <br />of the upper portion. If the site is leveled to the existired road <br />and mill level, retaining structures may also be needed.
