The applicant has proposed on page 15 that a discharge permit from the Water Quality <br />Control Division at the Colorado Department of Health, and approval from the ditch company <br />will bel obtained prior to dischazge of dewatering water and/or wash water into the B.H. Eaton <br />Ditch or the Cache La Poudre River. Please indicate the status of these two (2) approvals. <br />13. Attached are review comments from the Office of the State Engineer. The applicant has stated on page 24 that if required, an application for a Flood Hazazd Area <br />Development Pemut will be submitted to Weld County or the Town of Windsor (as appropriate} <br />and approved prior to disturbance. Please indicate the status of permit and whether any portion <br />of the proposed operation occurs within a designated "floodway" of the Cache La Poudre River. <br />16.
