Effluent Limitationss <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, <br />Section 10.1.3, and Regulations for the State Discharge Permit System, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. <br />1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent paramet•r contxnttations which exceed <br />the following limitations: Note: Some discharge categories have an exemption of monitoring for <br />facilities that consistently dischazge less than 5 gpm. Sce the facility certification for a complete <br />list of parameters and limitations. <br />a. Facilities discharging wastewater from washing the exteriors of [tucks, cats, airplanes, boats <br />(in dry dock), driveways, parking lou, and roads shall cor~ly with the following limitations <br />unless additional monitoring is imposed by the Division.
