Page 2 <br />Permit No. COG-600000 <br />CDPS GENERAL PERMIT <br />MINIMAL DISCHARGE <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In wtnpliance with the provisions of the Colorado water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as <br />amrnded) facilities dischazging wastewaer from the sources listed below are authorized to discharge wastewater <br />from approved locations throughout the State of Colorado to specified waters of the State. Such discharges shall <br />be in accordance with the conditions of this pcrmit. <br />The applicant may demand an adjudicatory heating within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the final permit <br />determination, per the Regulations for the State Discharge Permit System, 6.8.0 (1). Should the applicant choose <br />to contest any of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other conditions contained herein, the applicant <br />must comply with Section 24~-104 CRS and the Regulations for the State Discharge Permit System. Failure to <br />contest any such effluent limita[ion, monitoring requirement, or other condition, coastlmtes cotssem to the condition <br />by the Applicant. <br />This permit specifically authorizes the facility listed on page 1 of this permit to discharge process generated <br />wastewaters, as of the date stated below, in accordance with the permit requirements and conditions set forth in <br />Parts I and A hereof.
