In developing suitable e8luent /imitations, the Division must review all applicable standards <br />and regulations and apply that which is more stringem. This review includes, but is not <br />limited to, the water quality standard-based e,~luent limitations, federal guidelines and <br />standards (40 CFR Subchapter N) and "Regulations for E,~luent limitations" (Ref. B), the <br />"Regulations for the Stare Drscharge Permit System" (Ref. C), and arty other applicable <br />regulations and/or policies. Such a review has been done for this permit.
