Hole must be backfilled with as <br />many cuttings as possible. all <br />remaining cuttings must De <br />dispersed evenlr_• over the <br />surrounding surface. <br />^_. Hole must be blocked to a depth of <br />five (5) feet below collar with a <br />short hole plug. If water is <br />encountered in the drill hole, a <br />concrete plug must be set below <br />ground three (]) feet. The upper <br />three i]} feet of the hole is then <br />filled with cuttings and soil. <br />CONCRETE <br />3. 311 eater bearing zones will be <br />concreted if a well is not <br />WATER AQUIFER developed. If coal seams are <br />encountered, they must be <br />CONCRETE concreted. <br />-_ ~. 311 sump holes used during drilling <br />must be drained and backfilled. <br />5.
