Dates of Mining, beginning and end. <br />Mining will begin in the fall of 198$ when permit is received. <br />Gravel supply appears ample for twenty years as it is used <br />sporadically for maintenance of county roads. <br />2. No overburden. <br />4. Thickness of Gravel layer. <br />Gravel at the east end of the permit area appears to be <br />about 6' and gradually increases to 12' at west end. <br />5. Description of roads to & fro^ pit - Show on sap - Ex E <br />Road •into pit area is a trail road used in ranch operation. <br />no new haul road will be .built. <br />6. Show disturbance to land surface. <br />Land surface, other than creek bottom, will not be disturbed. <br />Banks will not be disturbed except for stockpile area on north <br />bank. This will be included in reclamation. <br />~. Show disensions of existing and proposed roads that <br />will be used. Other than the trail road into the mining area <br />the only road used will be county rcad #20. This is graded road <br />with right of way of at least b0'. <br />$. Specify how such water will be used, if any. <br />No water will be used. Gravel will not be washed. <br />9. Describe any around water and/or the affect. <br />The only ground water is possibly some underflow in the creek. <br />The mining operation will not interfer with this. <br />10. Describe if will comply with Colorado Water Laws. <br />The operation will not be in conflict with any Colorado Laws. <br />11. Deserlbe whether gravel will be processed on site. <br />Gravel will not be graded. It will be used just as it comes <br />from the creek. <br />
