Action may include revocation of this Beneficial Lase <br />Certification, and imposition of administrative penalties. <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />contained in this Beneficial Use Certification are subject to revision, addition or deletion subject to changes in <br />operation, sludge quality or regulatory criteria. <br />AUTHORIZATION <br />by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment does not relieve the Ciry of Boulder of <br />compliance with applicable regulations of any other state, federal or local aeency having jurisdic.ion. <br />BENEFICIAL.
