• The channel improvements proposed in the permit revision will be <br />completed as per the plan. The improvements should provide long term <br />stability and compliment the postmining land use. <br />A final point that can be made is that CYCC has now shown the locations <br />of stockponds on the Postmining Topography Map. These ponds will be <br />designed and installed per the SCS criteria. The ponds will help to <br />reduce the amount of water carried by the various drainages and should <br />aid in their long term stability. Stock ponds were approved in permit <br />C-81-071. <br />The rock to be used as riprap has been tested and the report is <br />attached. The rock is suitable to be used as riprap. Upon completion <br />of the channels improvement project the construction work will be <br />certified by a professional engineer that the riprap has been placed <br />per the design. <br />• <br />r <br />
