Monitoring Requirements <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or noncompliance <br />with the effluent limitations specified in Par*. Sulfate <br />samples will be taken a[ monitoring point 002 as shown in Figure 1, page 17 . <br />d) Monitoring is required only during periods of discharge. If "no <br />discharge" occurs, this shall be reported at the specified f~•equency. <br />(See Part B.) <br />e) When the measurement frequency indicated is quarterly, the s:ample5 shall <br />be collected during March, June, September, and December if :3 continual <br />discharge occur;. If the discharge is intermi[tant, then sanples shall <br />be collected during the period that discharge occurs. <br />f) See definitions, Part B. <br />"Sulfate will be analyzed from a sample taken at monitoring point. 002 in <br />Ralston Reservoir. All other parameters will be analyzed from zi sample <br />taken at discharge point 001 as shown in Figure I page 17. <br />~`MOnthly monitoring will take place for one year from the effective date of <br />the permit for ;his parameter. The permittee shall request a change in status <br />from the Division after IZ months of monitoring data have been collected <br />ir; dd submitted. <br />
