MONITORING AND REPORTING <br />Representative Sampling <br />Samples and measurements taken as required herein shall be representative <br />of the volume and nature of the monitcred discharge. <br />2. Reporting <br />Monitoring results shall be summarized for each month and reported on <br />applicable discharge monitoring report forms (EPA Form 3320-1), <br />postmarkep no later than ;he 28th day of the following mooch. If no <br />discharge occurs during the reporting period, "No Discharge" shat{ be <br />reported. A "composite" sample, for monitoring requirements, is defined as a <br />minimum of four (4) ;rab samples collected at equally spaced two (2) <br />hour intervals and proportioned according to flow. <br />b. A "grab" sample, fcr monitoring requirements, is defined as a single <br />"dip and take" sample collected at a representative point in the <br />discharee stream. <br />c. An "instantaneous" .measurement, for monitoring requirements, is definee <br />as a sincle reading, observation, or measurement using existing <br />monitoring racilities. <br />4.
