'. ~ <br />2. That the sand and gravel extraction operation <br />be conducted for a miximum period of three years from the time <br />it should start. <br />3. That re-seeding of excavated areas take place <br />immediately after each phase is complete, in order to control <br />dust and erosion. <br />4. That a shelf three to four feet below the water <br />line in each of the two lakes created be constructed in order <br />to facilitate escape in the event someone should happen to <br />fall into either lake. <br />5. The Petitioner consult with the State Highway <br />Department to discuss the feasibility of acceleration/deceleration <br />lanes or other traffic safety measures, and comply with the <br />recommendations of said Department. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That in the event the <br />Petitioner E. A. Rossum not act upon the special exception <br />granted herein by using the above-described property in <br />accordance with this granted special exception within one year <br />from the date of this Resolution, this Resolution shall be null <br />and void and of no further force and effect unless upon good <br />cause shown to this Board, and said period of time shall have <br />been extended. Such application for an extension of time shall <br />be made by Petition to this Board on or before one year from the <br />date of this Resolution. <br />The question was called and all members present <br />voted in favor of the Findings and Resolution.
