• !~ <br />previous objections by area land owners. <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the Board having made its Findings and <br />said Findings being incorporated in this Resolution by this <br />reference as though fully set forth herein: <br />NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, That applicant be and he <br />hereby is granted his special exception, upon the condition <br />that a strip of land at least one car width wide extending <br />east from the existing driveway for at least 50 feet be set <br />aside by the applicant for use by automobile and truck traffic <br />entering the property from Highway Z87. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~That in the event the <br />Petitioner Floyd Cooper not act~upon the special exception <br />granted herein by using the above-described property in <br />accordance with this granted 'special exception within one year <br />from the date of this Resolution, this Resolution shall be null <br />and void and of no further force and effect unless upon good <br />cause shown to this Board, and said period of time shall have <br />been extended.
