MANAGEMENT <br />Received <br />JUN 2 8 2000 <br />Durango Field OKice <br />D~pn of Minerals 8, Geology <br />D/v/~ODOi ~ U <br />~~era/S~ eo/' <br />~l' <br />We have received your adequacy review comments to our response of June 20 and recognize the <br />need for immediate response. <br />Due to the great distances separating the owner of the project and the owner of the fences and <br />access roads along the southern perimeter of the project, we must ask for an extension of time for <br />a complete response to your comments. <br />We feel we can have documents executed and delivered to the Division by June 30, 2000 and <br />respectfully ask therefore for an extension [o [hat date. <br />Upon the second review of your adequacy concerns with [he submission of the 112c Permit <br />Application for Louisiana Land and Gravel Company, LLC's Angie Pit, we offer the following <br />responses: <br />ADEQUACY REVIEW COMMENTS <br />Exhibit D - Mining_Plan <br />6 If hazardous materials/petroleum products are to be stored in the tn~ck trailer proposed <br />to be located on site, then this storage hailer, or its contents will need to be stored in <br />adequate spill contairunent. <br />A statement is added to the mining plan to conunit the operator to storing hazardous <br />materials/petroleum products inside the trailer in a cabinet designed to provide primary <br />spill contailunent for those materials. <br />
