EXHIBIT B - Site Description <br /> 1 . The soil is willowman gravelly sandy loam, 3 to 8 percent <br /> slopes. Willowman is a somewhat excessively drained soil on <br /> old terraces. Typically they have a thin gravelly loam <br /> surface layer, gravelly clay loam subsoil, and very gravelly <br /> loamy sand substratum that are high in lime, it takes water <br /> well, has moderate water holding capacity and has moderate <br /> to rapid permeability. Erosion hazard is slight to moderate. <br /> The vegetation of this area is an old dryland wheat field <br /> that was seeded to smooth brome grass several years ago. <br /> Today the vegetation consists of brome, Western wheatgrass, <br /> yellow sweetclover, broom snakeweed and various other weeds . <br /> 2. There is a property line fence located approximately thirty <br /> feet south of the mining site. <br /> There is a stock pond located approximately one hundred and <br /> fifty feet west of the south west corner of the mine site. <br /> 3 . West of the south west corner of the mining site there is a <br /> stock pond. The pond receives its water form run off from <br /> land laying north of the pond. Do to its location, the pond <br /> would in no way be affected by the mining. There is no <br /> other water resources in the vicinity. <br />
