The revised decision date for your application is February 11, <br />.2002. Therefore,.we would appreciate a response from you on or before February 1, 2002. <br />Please be advised that your application maybe deemed.inadequate and may be denied on <br />February 11, 2002 unless the adequacy review items listed below~aze addressed to the satisfacfion <br />of the Division. <br />6.4.4 EXHIBIT D - Mining Plan <br />3. The applicant has indicated that the operator may accept approximately 10,000 cubic yards <br />per yeaz of clean, structural fill for backfilling purposes.
