Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />The Division has approved your request to extend the decision date on your Regular 112 <br />Application for the River Valley Resources site to September 6, 2002. Please note that the <br />review time for your application maybe extended up to a maximum of 365 days from the date <br />the application was filed, per rule 1.4.1(9). The date of filing for the River Valley Resources <br />application was September 12, 2001. Therefore, we will need to make a decision on your <br />application no later than September 12, 2002. If there are still outstanding adequacy issues as of <br />September 12, 2002, the Division will schedule this matter for a Board Hearing at the October <br />] 6-17, 2002 Meeting. At the hearing, the Board may deny, or approve the application with or <br />without conditions.
