Exhibit D - Wildlife The following pits need the Division of Wildlife report in order for the staff to evaluate the effects on wildlife from mining. No. 83-109, 83-110, 83-113, 83-114, 83-115, 83-116, 83-117. ~~xhlblt D - Water Resources On the Murdock P1t, No. 83-112, you w111 need to show (on a map) the existing drainage that 11es east of and 1n this pit. This drainage is '~ referred to to the Division of Wildlife (D.O.W.) report and was observed to the filed inspection of June 7, 1983. This drainage must be identified within your reclamation plan, in order to evaluate erosion potential and head cutting of surrounding wheat fields. On the Chivington Pit, No. 83-119, you will need to locate Rush Creek on your map,.so the staff can determine the proximity of this p1t to the creek. The staff needs this information to determine if the hydrologic balance of Rush Creek will be impacted. Exhibit D - Vegetation Please supply the staff with the baseline vegetation conditions of the following applications, so we may evaluate your seedmix against ~`~ surrounding pre-mine conditions and your proposed post-mine land use.
