Application Fonn - no action required as the items you presented are correct. <br />2. Exhibit A - POB -See revised map for P.O.B.. <br />3. Exhibit C - We appreciate the fact that the maps do not have to be revised. The size of <br />this operation would make for unruly size maps if they had to be in the ra~rtge prescribed in <br />Rule 6.2.1 (2) (e). <br />4. Exhibit D -Mining Plan -The operator understands the water issues presented and has <br />already started to address them. Until the plan has been completed and accepted by the <br />Colorado Division of Water Resources, the reclamation will be moditied to make backfilling <br />the reclamation plan. Mining will still take place with 5 acre cells which will be mined in <br />one year (depending on market conditions). Core drilling indicates that Approximately 3 <br />to 4 acres will have to be stripped to backtill one. <br />"Your Brand of People" <br />
