Both discharges were a result of precipitation and snowmelt so the storm <br />exemption would apply. The settleable solid standard was not exceeded. <br />Kathleen, please contact Larry Henderson of my staff if you require additional information <br />concerning this report. The rapid meltout of our above normal snowpack caused high flows <br />for a short term over many of our NPDES points.
