Hayseed Ditch: <br /> Applicant is the owner of the irrigation well decreed <br /> by the District Court in and for Water Division No. 1 <br /> in Case No. W-7551-73. Said well is located in the NW <br /> 1/4 of Section 31, Township 3 North, Range 67 West , <br /> 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado at a point where the <br /> Northwest corner of said Section 31 bears North 25 <br /> decrees West , 2,450 feet . It was decreed on March 9, <br /> 1976 as an alternate point of diversion for 2. 0 cubic <br /> feet per second of the Hayseed Ditch priority.
