POWDERHORN COAL COMPANY <br />Final Approval - Permit C-12,703F-1 <br />Page 2 <br />These emission limitations are based on activities at this location that <br />include: the transfer and stockpile of 20,000 tons clean coal per year <br />from the Roadside coal preparation plant to the 1,500 ton alternate truck <br />loading (ATL) stockpile and part of the haul road between; transfer of 1 <br />million tons per year refuse coal from the Roadside Prep plant to a 200 T <br />refuse coal stockpile and part of the haul road between; transfer of 1.75 <br />million tons coal per year from the Roadside Mine portal to a 20,000 ton <br />surge pile; transfer of 2.5 million tons coal per year from the surge pile <br />to the Roadside Prep Plant; part of the transfer of 1.5 million tons coal <br />per year from the Roadside Prep plant to the 100,000 ton clean coal stockpile; <br />and part of the transfer of 20,000 tons coal per year from the 1500 ton ATL <br />stockpile to the clean coal stockpile. <br />Applicant shall maintain daily and annual records of coal processed through <br />the coal preparation plant for Division inspection upon request. <br />• <br />By: <br />• <br /> <br />Gdames G.
