This is due to the lack of enough <br />overburden to create slopes less than vertical. <br />It should be pointed out that natural bluffs and <br />cliffs are in the general vicinity. Land owner, <br />conductes a livestock operation on the property, <br />and has indicated that the configuration of the <br />quarry should not pose a hazard to his livestock. <br />7) Exhibit B mining plan identifies the top soil <br />stockpile area located near the southwest corner <br />of the permit area. The operators concurs with <br />the division request. <br />8) Please refer to the attached Division of Wildlife <br />letter dated February 19, 1985.
